Hot Rolled Non-oriented Low Silicon Steel (Motor Steel)

The low silicon wafer contains less than 2.8 silicon and has a certain mechanical strength. It is mainly used to manufacture motors, commonly known as motor silicon steel sheets.

Cold Rolled Non-oriented Low Carbon Electrical Steel

Non-oriented electrical steel is mainly used as the iron core of large and medium-sized motors, generators, household motors and micro-motors, ballasts and small transformers. The main magnetic performance requirements of non-oriented electrical steel are low specific total loss and high magnetic polarization. The low specific total loss can save a lot of electric energy and extend the working time of the motor. High magnetic polarization means that the magnetization ability is strong, the excitation current of the iron core is reduced, and the specific total loss and iron loss are reduced.

Cold Rolled Non-oriented Silicon Steel Electrical Steel

The products are usually cold-rolled plates or strips with nominal thicknesses of 0.35 and 0.5mm, which are mainly used to manufacture motors and generators.

Cold Rolled Non-oriented Silicon Steel For Magnetic Switch

Non-oriented silicon steel is used in rotating equipment such as motors. It is divided into iron core and rotor. In order to be easily magnetized during the rotation process, electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy. Therefore, it is required to be easily magnetized at every angle in the rotation process, so the grain orientation distribution in the non-oriented silicon steel is required to be uniform.

Fully Machined Non-oriented Electrical Steel (FP)M12/M15/M19/M22

Non-oriented electrical steel is a kind of ferrosilicon soft magnetic alloy with low carbon content, which is an indispensable material in electric power, electronic and military industry. With the development of high-speed and miniaturization of motors, the performance requirements of non-oriented silicon steel are put forward higher requirements, such as low iron loss and high magnetic induction strength at high frequency.

Non-Oriented Electrical Steel Fully Processed (FP) M12/M15/M19/M22

Non oriented electrical steel is a silicon iron soft magnetic alloy with very low carbon content, and is an indispensable and important material in power, electronics, and military industries. With the development of high-speed and miniaturization of motors, higher requirements have been put forward for the performance of non oriented silicon steel, such as low iron loss and high magnetic induction strength at high frequencies.

Cold Rolled Ordinary Oriented Silicon Steel

Oriented silicon steel, also known as cold-rolled transformer steel, is an important ferrosilicon alloy used in transformer (core) manufacturing industry. The most widely used oriented silicon steel is supplied in the form of a coil, and its surface is coated with an insulating layer to generate tensile stress in the base steel strip, thus further reducing the iron loss value. The cold-rolled strip has a smooth surface, good punching performance and high core filling factor.

Cold Rolled High Magnetic Induction Oriented Silicon Steel

High magnetic induction and low iron loss cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheet is an urgent product in power industry. The higher the magnetism of the silicon steel sheet, the electrical appliances manufactured are: less power loss, small size, light weight, long service life, and less cooling oil for the manufactured transformer. In particular, it can solve the problem that large electrical appliances such as transformers larger than 360000 KVA use lower magnetism. Difficulties of oriented silicon steel sheet manufacturing and transportation cannot pass through railway tunnels and highway bridges.

CGO Grain Oriented Electrical Steel M3/M4/M5/M6

We produce cold rolled grain oriented plates (CRGO), also known as transformer plates. They are made of 3% silicon steel. There are four grades of CRGO sheets: 0.23mm (M3), 0.27mm (M4), 0.30mm (M5), and 0.35mm (M6).

CGO Conventional Electrical Steel M3/M4/M5/M6

We produce cold rolled grain oriented sheet (CRGO), also known as transformer sheet. They are made of 3% silicon steel. There are four grades of CRGO sheet: 0.23mm (M3), 0.27mm (M4), 0.30mm (M5), 0.35mm (M6).

304 Stainless Steel Plate

304 stainless steel highly stands out in terms of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties, being one of the most widely used types of stainless steel. In addition, it has exceptional hot-workability such as stamping and bending, without leaving heat treatment hardening phenomenon.

304L Stainless Steel Plate

304L stainless steel is remarkably similar to 304 stainless steel in their chemical composition. but there is one key difference. In grade 304 stainless steel, the maximum carbon content is set at 0.08%, whereas grade 304L stainless steel has a maximum carbon content of 0.03%. This is why the “L” in 304L can be interpreted as extra-low carbon. It is widely used in the production of equipment and parts that require better corrosion resistance and formability.

316 Stainless Steel Plate

316 stainless steel also contains 2-3% molybdenum, in addition to iron, chromium and nickel. The addition of molybdenum significantly improves the performance of 316 stainless steel in certain corrosive environments, especially those containing chlorides. 316 stainless steel is more commonly used in situations requiring higher corrosion resistance.

316L Stainless Steel Plate

316L stainless steel has a lower proportion of carbon in its composition. To qualify as 316L stainless steel, the amount of carbon cannot exceed 0.03%. This decreases the risk of carbon precipitation, making it a better option for welding to ensure maximum corrosion resistance.

2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Plate

2205 Duplex stainless steel alloy is a duplex stainless steel composed of 22% chromium, 2.5% molybdenum and 4.5% nickel nitrogen alloy. It has high strength, good impact toughness and good overall and local resistance to stress corrosion.

440C Stainless Steel Plate

440C stainless steel is a high carbon martensitic stainless steel. It has high strength, moderate corrosion resistance, and good hardness and wear resistance. Grade 440C is capable of attaining, the highest strength, hardness and wear resistance of all the stainless alloys after heat treatment

310S Stainless Steel Plate

310S stainless steel is austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, with good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, because of a higher percentage of chromium and nickel, so that it has much better creep strength, can continue to work at high temperatures, with good high temperature resistance.

2507 Duplex Stainless Steel Plate

2507 duplex stainless steel is a special ferritic-austenitic duplex stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance. It achieves comprehensive protection against point corrosion, crevice corrosion and uniform corrosion through the unique ratio of chromium and molybdenum elements.
