Tank Steel Plate

The steel used to create storage tanks falls into two main categories: carbon steel and stainless steel. Carbon steels can be divided into three main categories: low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, and high carbon steel.

1045 Cold Rolled Steel Plate

1045 is a medium carbon steel is used when greater strength and hardness is desired than in the "as rolled" condition. Extreme size accuracy, straightness and concentricity combine to minimize wear in high speed applications. Commonly used in gears, shafts, axles, bolts, studs and machine parts.

1023 Cold Rolled Steel Plate

1023 cold rolled steel plate is made of low-carbon alloy steel designed for use in applications that require excellent machinability and formability. This type of steel comes with outstanding weldability and machinability, making it an ideal choice for various applications. Its composition mainly includes iron, carbon, and manganese. 1023 steel plate does not have strong heat resistance compared to other steels due to its low carbon content; therefore it should not be used for applications requiring high temperature operation unless proper heat treatments are applied beforehand such as tempering or annealing.

1008 Cold Rolled Steel Plate

It is an economical, general purpose steel grade offering moderate strength and toughness. As a standard grade, 1008 steel is used in many common, low-stress applications. Weldability (spot, projection, butt, and fusion) and brazeability are excellent.

A516 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate

ASTM A516 vessel steel plate is a high-quality boiler and pressure vessel steel that is very suitable for low to medium temperature applications.

A537 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate

ASTM A537 pressure vessel steel plates are heat treated carbon manganese silicon steel plates used in pressure vessel fabrication. There are 3 grades, which are Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3.

A533 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate

ASTM A533 pressure vessel steel plates are manganese-molybdenum and manganese-molybdenum-nickel alloy steel plates suitable for welding pressure vessels. There are three levels of each category: level 1, level 2 and level 3.

JIS G3103 P296GH/P355GH/P235GH Pressure Vessel Steel Plate

JIS G3103 pressure vessel steel plate is a hot-rolled plate of carbon steel and molybdenum alloy steel for Chinese and high temperature boilers and pressure vessels. The main grades this boiler vessel steel are: SB410, SB450, SB480,SB450M and SB480M.

DIN 17155 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate

DIN 17155 pressure vessel steel plate is steel for boilers and pressure vessels. In addition to boilers and pressure vessels, DIN 17155 pressure vessel steel is also used to manufacture high-temperature liquid delivery pipes.

A588 Alloy Structural Steel Plate

A588 alloy structural steel plate is a kind of weather-resistant steel plate, and its material standard is ASTM A588/A588M. It is a type of low-alloy high-strength structural steel and is mainly used for structural components in outdoor exposure environments, such as bridges, large containers, chimneys, etc.

GB/T11251 1345 Alloy Structural Steel Plate

GB/T 11251 alloy steel is one of the common hot-rolled alloy structural steel plates. This steel plate is widely used in various applications in bearings/gears of rotating machinery.

API Spec 5L Pipeline Steel Coil Steel Plate

API Spec 5L is an international standard that specifies the manufacturing requirements for two product specification grades (PSL 1 and PSL 2) of seamless and welded steel pipes used in pipeline transportation systems in the oil and gas industry.

A36 Hot Rolled Steel Plate

Hot Rolled Steel A36 (ASTM A36) is the most commonly available grades of the hot-rolled steels which has good overall mechanical properties, is easily fabricated and may be formed hot or cold. Due to the hot roll process the surface on this steel will be rough when compared to cold rolled. ASTM A36 yield strength is also less than C1018.

A572 Grade 50 Hot Rolled Steel Plate

ASTM A572, specification for High-strength low-alloy Columbium-Vanadium structural steel plate. This specification covers 5 grades and 4 types of high strength low alloy structural steel shapes, plates, piling, bars. Grade 42, 50, 55, 60, 65 and type 1, 2,2 3, 5. Low alloy and high strength structural steel plate is widely used in engineering structure applications, such as building structure, construction machinery, mine machinery, truck, bridge, pressure vessel, etc.

A516 Hot Rolled Steel Plate

A516 hot rolled steel plate is a high-quality boiler and pressure vessel steel that is very suitable for low to medium temperature applications.

Manganese Steel Plate

Manganese Plate is the ideal solution for cases where severe wear is combined with shocks or high pressure capable of work-hardened its austenitic structure. Used in jaws of crushers, hammers or pulverizers, cutting edges of large excavators, liners of shotblasting units, cores and wall of parpen moulds, and screens.

Mild Steel Plate

Mild Steel plate is made from low-carbon mild steel that is used to provide additional strength and support to buildings and other structures. It is commonly used in road repairs as platforms, structural members in buildings, bridges, and general fabrication works.

Carbon Shipbuilding Steel Plate

Shipbuilding steel plate refers to the carbon and alloy steel plate used in offshore and marine contructions, common grades are A, B, D, E, AH32/36/40, DH32/36/40, and EH32/36/40 which ranged from different strength.
