Tank Steel Plate

The steel used to create storage tanks falls into two main categories: carbon steel and stainless steel. Carbon steels can be divided into three main categories: low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, and high carbon steel.

Carbon Steel Square Tube

Carbon steel square tube is a type of steel pipe with a square cross-section, mainly composed of elements such as carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, etc. Carbon steel square pipes are widely used in fields such as building structures, mechanical manufacturing, highway facilities, bridges and pipelines.

Carbon Steel Rectangular Tube

Carbon steel rectangular tube is a type of steel pipe with a square cross-section, mainly composed of elements such as carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, etc. Carbon steel square pipes are widely used in fields such as building structures, mechanical manufacturing, highway facilities, bridges and pipelines.

Galvanized Steel Rebar

Galvanized reinforcing steel is bare reinforcing steel coated with a protective layer of zinc metal. The zinc coating serves as a barrier to corrosive elements that the rebar is exposed to when embedded in concrete.

Bright Steel Bar

Bright steel bars are made from cold drawn steel and have a shiny, polished finish. They are known for their precision and accuracy in terms of dimension and are commonly used in the production of precision components such as gears, shafts, and bearings.

B500A/B500B/B500C Rebar

B500A grade steel is usually used for steel mesh products while B500B grade steel is used for steel bars. B500C steel is rarely required, and it is always worthwhile for structural engineers to check whether B500B grade steel can be used instead of B500C, because B500C usually has a significant cost overhead.

Epoxy Resin Coated Steel Bar

Epoxy resin coated steel bar is an epoxy resin protective coating prepared on the surface of ordinary steel bar by electrostatic spraying powder high temperature sintering process. The coating has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and does not react with acid and alkali. And the coating has anti-permeability, so it can delay the corrosion medium (such as water, oxygen, chloride, etc.) contact with the steel, so that its corrosion resistance life is greatly extended.

BS4449 Steel Reinforcement Rebar

BS4449 is yet another deformed steel bar standard. It is also differentiated as per European standards. When it comes to manufacturing, the steel bars falling in this standard are also hot rolled, which means that they are also used for general purposes, i.e. in common construction projects.

ASTM A615 Reinforcing Bar Grade 60

ASTM A615 is a deformed steel standard categorized under American standards. These are generally available in diameter between 9.5 mm and 43 mm, and length between 6 m and 12 m. Generally, the steel bars that fall under this standard are under deformed or plain carbon steel.

ASTM A615 Concrete Rebar Grade 40

A615 grade 40 steel adds the most benefit when building materials must hold concrete in compression. Strength is one of the differentiators for these two rebar grades. The minimum tensile strength for A615 grade 40 steel is 70.05 ksi. It has a minimum yield strength of 40 ksi.

ASTM A615 Reinforcement Bar Grade 75

ASTM A615 is a deformed steel standard categorized under American standards. These are generally available in diameter between 9.5 mm and 43 mm, and length between 6 m and 12 m. Generally, the steel bars that fall under this standard are under deformed or plain carbon steel.

TMT Bars

TMT means Thermo Mechanical Treatment, which is a thermomechanical process; These TMT steel bars are generally used material in construction for enhanced protection against earthquake and another type of natural disasters. To ensure safety for your structure, TMT steel bars should be resistant to corrosion which helps to obtain a longer life to your structure.

Deformed Rebar

Deformed bar, also known as rebar (short for reinforcing bar), is a steel bar or mesh of steel wires used as tension devices in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures to strengthen and hold the concrete in tension. Deformed bar’s surface is often patterned to form a better bond with the concrete.

ASTM A615 Reinforcement Bar Grade 80

ASTM A615 is a deformed steel standard categorized under American standards. These are generally available in diameter between 9.5 mm and 43 mm, and length between 6 m and 12 m. Generally, the steel bars that fall under this standard are under deformed or plain carbon steel.

A105 Round Steel Bar

A105 is an ASTM specification for steel forgings, primarily for carbon steel forged pipe components. The type of carbon steel wrought alloy involved is a low carbon, manganese and silicon steel similar to the AISI 1330, but with a lower manganese content.

AISI/SAE 4140 Alloy Steel Bar

AISI 4140 steel bar is made of a low alloy steel containing chromium, molybdenum and manganese. It has a high carbon content and a good balance of strength, toughness, wear resistance, impact resistance and heat treatment capabilities.

Resistance Welded Pipe ERW

Resistance welded pipe ERW is formed by hot rolled coil through forming machine. The skin effect and proximity effect of the high frequency current are used to heat and melt the edges of the tube blank.

Galvanized Steel Pipe

Galvanized steel pipe, also known as galvanized pipe, is divided into two kinds of hot-dip galvanized pipe and Electro galvanized pipe. The hot-dip galvanized layer is thick, the coating is uniform, the adhesion is strong, and the service life is long.
